1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana, cut in chunks and frozen
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 T. hemp hearts
1 T ground flax seeds
2 T almond butter (can be smooth or crunchy)
1 scoop ice cubes
Put all ingredients in blender in order given. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
