Almond Butter Smoothie

Yields

1 serving

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana, cut in chunks and frozen

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 T. hemp hearts

1 T ground flax seeds

2 T almond butter (can be smooth or crunchy)

1 scoop ice cubes



Directions

Put all ingredients in blender in order given.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Enjoy! 

Notes

Protein comes from whole food sources (almond butter, hemp and flax seeds).  No added sugars.
