Banana Cocoa Soy Smoothie

Raw cacao powder is loaded with antioxidants and magnesium, as well as iron, fiber and protein.  It makes the smoothie really rich with chocolate flavor.




1 frozen banana cut in chunks

½ cup silken tofu, soft

½ cup soymilk

2T. organic raw cacao powder

1T. raw honey


Place all ingredients in your blender except the banana chunks.  Blend until smooth. Then add the chunks through the hole in the lid, one at a time until smooth and frothy (nice with a dash of cinnamon too).  Can add some ice cubes if you would like it to me more frozen.



Per serving:  340 calories, 8g total fat, 1g sat fat, 1g mono fat, 60 carbs, 17g protein, 10g, fiber, 121 mg sodium, 749 potassium.
