Banana Smoothie

This smoothie has the texture of a milk shake; smooth and creamy!

Ingredients

1 medium frozen banana cut in chunks

1-cup almond milk- unsweetened

1-2 tsp real maple syrup

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

¼ tsp vanilla

Directions

Put all in a blender and blend until thick and frothy!  Enjoy!
