This is a quick morning smoothie that likes drinking your bowl of oatmeal. Full of healthy fiber and antioxidants, it's a great way to start your day!
1 serving or you could share
1 cup unsweetend vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 T. Hemp seeds,
1/2 frozen banana in chunks
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, or 1 scoop high quality protein powder
Start with milk in the blender. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy!
Good for a breakfast on the go!
