Chimichurri

( In South America, this is a popular condiment to drizzle over grilled meats, especially steak and chicken)

Yields

1/2 cup

Ingredients

1 c. packed fresh Italian Parsley

2 small cloves garlic, cut in half

1/3-cup extra virgin olive oil

2 T. red wine vinegar

½ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Put all ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
