This is so simple and easy, but really good!
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder
2 T raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 T. vanilla bean paste
In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat immediately and place on a heat-proof surface. Sift cacao powder into the coconut oil; whisk until well combined. Add honey or syrup and vanilla paste and whisk again.
Serve warm to drizzle over strawberries, bananas or other fruit of your choice. You can let harden into a chocolate bar. To do this, line a small baking dish (8x8”)with parchment paper and pour warm chocolate into this pan. Spread to even out. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
