You can vary the type of greens used in this smoothie.  Frozen Kale or spinach works really well when fresh greens aren't handy.

You can also vary the type of fruit.





In a Vitamix or blender add:  1 cup unsweetened almondmilk, rice milk, soy milk or organic non-fat milk, 1 handful of organic greens, ½ frozen banana cut in chunks, ½ cup frozen or fresh berries, 1 T. flax or chiaseeds and either 1 scoop whey protein powder or 1/3 cup soft silken tofu.  Blend until well mixed.  Enjoy!
