Italian Vinaigrette


Ingredients

1/3 C extra virgin olive oil

2 T red wine vinegar

2T freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove crushed garlic

Pinch of each: -evaporated cane juice, dried leaf oregano, salt,  and freshly ground pepper



 


Directions

Whish all together in a small bowl or shake in a sealed jar. 

Notes

This dressing a great on a classic Italian salad with romaine lettuce,  grated carrot, shredded red cabbage, cucumbers, kalamata olives, and cherry tomatoes
