Maple Mustard Vinairgrette

I love this dressing in the fall over greens with some roasted pecans, roasted veggies, with a sprinkle of feta.

Yields

1/2 cup

Ingredients

2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar

6 T. Safflower or other vegetable oil

1 tsp Dijon mustard or whole-grain mustard

1-2 tsp real maple syrup( depending on sweetness desired)

1/4 tsp salt

Freshly ground pepper to taste. 

Directions


Whisk all ingredients together until well emulsified.

Keep refrigerated
