Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

This is a quick and easy smoothie that has no added sugars.  The pumpkin Spice makes it taste very sweet!


Servers 1-2


½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (Califia Farms has an almond/coconut milk blend that is delicious and unsweetened)

½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)  look for BPA-free cans

1 frozen banana, cut in chunks

4-5 ice cubes

¼ tsp of pumpkin pie spice


Put ingredients in blender or Vitamix in order given.  Blend until smooth and creamy!  Enjoy!
