Strawberry Flax Smoothie with Tofu

The tofu gives this smoothie a very creamy texture.  It's full of plant-based protein so it keeps you satisfied all morning long!

Ingredients

Blend 4 oz soft silken tofu with 1-cup fresh strawberries, 1-cup non-fat organic milk (or milk alternative like unsweetened vanilla almond or soy milk), 1 T. flaxseeds, 1-2 tsp agavenectar, and about 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and enjoy!!
