Once you get in the habit of making and having a couple of homemade vinaitgrettes on hand, you will not buy the commercial versions, which have more additives, sodium and are costly.
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. agave nectar
Whisk together until emulsified.
A delicious salad combination:
Mixed salad greens, dried cranberries, feta cheese, sliced almonds, avocado!
