Tahini Roasted Broccoli

In a large bowl, whisk together 2 T. tahini, 1 T. olive oil, 1 ½ T.  Lemon juice, 1 T. reduced sodium Tamari soy sauce and 1 clove of garlic, minced.  Toss with 5 cups of broccoli spears (about 2 medium heads). Roast on a foil lined baking sheet for 10 minutes @450* Serves 4
