Whole Food Protein Shake

This is a really filling shake that is made with nothing but real food!  It makes enough for 2 people to split, or some for now and some for later!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

2T. almond butter

2T. pumpkin seeds

2T. chia seeds

2T. hemp seeds

4 walnuts

3 brazil nuts

1 large banana

1 T. extra virgin coconut oil

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup water


Directions

Blend all in a blender until smooth and creamy!
