including veggies is a must for losing and maintaining a healthy weight. In this class we will prepare veggies in a variety of ways to increase

Our top nutrition research centers encourage eating a more plant-based diet to prevent disease, maintain a healthy weight and to sustain
our natural resources. In this cooking class we will prepare dishes using legumes, tofu, nuts, seeds, vegetables and whole-grains all of which contain
healthy plant-based proteins. Come learn how to prepare healthy delicious meals and snacks with foods that will keep your body healthy
and your palate satisfied (not to mention that you will also save money at the grocery store-legumes cost way less than red meat or chicken!)

Most people are aware of the health benefits of eating whole grains and dark leafy greens but they are unfamiliar with how to prepare them.
Eating dark leafy greens and whole grains can give you abundant energy as well as prevent or reverse disease!! This class is designed to

Healthy Appetizers and Small Plates - $65.00

Looking for ideas of what to serve when you entertain or need to bring a dish to share, but want to keep it healthy? I've got lots of ideas for you!
In this class, we will make several small plates or appetizers made with grass-fed beef, shrimp, chicken, legumes, soft cheese, and vegetables.
You will come away with delicious and easy ideas on how to make a light meal option for yourself or to serve at your next party, and will get some

Healthy Holiday Sweets and Treats - $65.00

In this class we will make delicious holiday treats using whole food ingredients such as natural sweeteners, dark chocolate, whole grains,
fruits, nuts, organic eggs, butter and spices. When treats are more nutritious smaller amounts tend to be more satisfying which helps us
to avoid overconsumption. Come join me for a festive holiday cooking experience and bring samples of these delicious goodies home.

Meatless Monday Meal Ideas - $65.00

Meatless Monday is a global movement involving 44 countries started at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
with the simple message of eating meatless one day a week to improve your health and to save the environment. Many people wonder
what they would eat for dinner if they aren't eating meat. In this class, I will answer that question by making several delicious dishes
using all plant derived ingredients (except for eggs which technically aren't meat but can be used on meatless Monday). The results
will delight your palate, your pocketbook and your body! Come hungry because we will be sampling several meatless entrees.

To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation with me.
During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.  Health coaching can be done
in person in my private Eden Prairie home office or by phone.  So whether you are here or away, we can continue to work together.
